Along with flexible options to structure sales teams, PDI also offers flexible options to finance your sales and marketing coverage.
We work with you to match your strategic needs to the best and most suitable financing structure. Generally speaking, our range of standard contract services are available for fee-for-service and risk-share arrangements.
For situations where PDI assumes full sales and/or marketing responsibility for product commercialization, risk-share or gain-share or in-license options would apply. Your particular financing structure(s) depend on your individual situation and specific needs.

Client fully funds base sales force costs and PDI earns profit based upon performance.

Risk-share (Full)
PDI funds entire sales force and earns a profit based on product performance.

Commercialization Options
Gain-share
PDI fully funds and manages the entire sales and marketing efforts only for a particular product, sharing revenue above an agreed upon baseline.
