Nancy Connelly

Senior Vice President, Sales Support Services

Nancy Connelly is a results oriented leader with a track record of fostering profitable growth and operational innovation. She joined PDI in 1992 as a sales representative and was promoted through the ranks to her current role as Senior Vice President, Sales Support Services

In this position Nancy is accountable for managing sales, marketing and talent management. Specifically as it relates to her sales role, Nancy manages all teams for Performance Sales and for the Company's new services, which include PDI On Demand. Prior to this position, Nancy served the organization in many capacities including the positions of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Select Access, a business unit within PDI; Group VP Sales; and Senior Vice President of Sales Operations. She has led functions such as sales training, recruitment and hiring, sales incentive planning and field force deployment. Nancy spent the first eight years of her career with PDI in field sales management positions of increasing responsibility.

Over the course of Nancy’s career with PDI she has had the opportunity to work with many leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, across varied therapeutic categories and prescribing audiences. She has supported pharmaceutical brands in all stages of the life cycle, and has led the field sales force during the launch of four brands.

Nancy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s College in New York. She is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA Program, at the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York.
