Rebecca is responsible for operational effectiveness, incentive compensation planning and business analytics. She most recently was instrumental in implementing the sales force automation platform for Select Access. Rebecca has been with the Select Access unit for 10 years, working as a Sales Representative, District Manager and Regional Manager. She has managed client relationships with such companies as P&G, Pfizer Consumer HealthCare, Bayer HealthCare, Novartis, Allergan, GSK and Schering Plough. Prior to joining Select Access, Rebecca held positions with United Health Maintenance, Maryland Medical Laboratory and The Medix School.
