PDI Selects Dendrite's WebForce™ for its Select Access Sales Teams
Industry-leading Sales Effectiveness Solution Enables Sales Organization to Enhance Productivity

Saddle River, NJ and Bedminster, N.J. - April 13, 2005 - PDI, Inc. WebForce will be used by PDI's Select Access™ sales teams, formerly PDI Shared Sales.

In addition, the agreement also calls for Dendrite to provide Select Access with a range of solutions, including ongoing implementation and help desk services, both critical components of the First Source Sales Support(SM) suite. These services enable a smooth transition as WebForce is adopted by the PDI Select Access sales teams.

With Dendrite's support solutions, the Select Access sales representatives will have rapid access to highly-trained support staff, offering customized support to enable maximum sales performance, while minimizing potential down time.

The decision to work with Dendrite represents a significant strategic initiative for Select Access, which will further enhance sales force effectiveness and productivity. PDI selected Dendrite because of their demonstrated track record of success, flexibility to customize its technology to a unique set of needs and speed of implementation.

WebForce, optimizes and coordinates promotional activities across sales teams, improves communications and streamlines new product launches. First Source Sales Applications is a comprehensive product suite that helps pharmaceutical and other life science companies manage all aspects of their sales force activities.
