One Year Agreement Is To Assist Emerging Pharma Client Improve Presence

Saddle River, NJ— (September, 2006) PDI, Inc. (NASDAQ: PDII) a diversified sales and marketing services provider to the biopharmaceutical industry, has announced that its Select Access™ unit has been awarded a one-year contract to co-promote an inhaled agent for the treatment of asthma. Unable to secure better than a third position with their own field force, the client has engaged Select Access to reach primary care physicians and allergists in high prescribing national zip codes, where the product will be in primary position 70% of the time.
